You can ask me any question that is important to you. It is not necessary for you to know your birth time or even date of birth. The time when you put forth the question to me is important here. At that moment the planets have impelled you to ask the question and it is the same planets which, by their positions provide the answer. Yet, if you have your birth time, date and place details, provide them as part of background information, it helps to fine tune the time of an event.
